What is the plan for the evening?
The event begins at 6pm. For those who would like to walk down memory lane, tours of the old school will run from 6pm until 7pm. For those who would rather go straight to the parish center, snacks and drinks will be available starting at 6pm. Mass will be offered at 5pm in the church for those who would like to attend.
Who else is coming?
The event is for all St. James School alumni, former and current faculty and staff, current school parents, parishioners and friends of St. James.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets to the event are $35 each and include dinner and soft drinks, water and coffee. There will be a cash bar serving beer and wine.
Can I pay for my ticket with a check?
Yes, if you would prefer paying with a check, please send the required information requested in the form along with a check by June 1st to St. James Parish, 820 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Attn: Mary Lederer
Will I be receiving tickets in the mail?
No. We will have a list at the entrance to the Parish Center of those who have registered to attend.
Is this a fundraiser?
No. The cost of the ticket is to cover the expenses for the event including food and beverage, decorations, publicity, etc.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in the parish parking lots on either side of Arlington Heights Road. There will be personnel at the stop light in front of the old school building to assist people crossing the street.
How can I let my classmates know about the event?
Forward the link to this webpage to your SJS classmates; or they can follow us on www.facebook.com/stjamesschoolalum. There will be no formal invitations sent by regular mail.
