St. James Mass FAQs

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 crisis, St. James is continuing to explore how we can best serve our parishioners and community during this time. In order to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our community, we are offering a 7:30am Daily Mass, Monday through Saturday; 5:00pm Contemporary Mass and 8:30am Traditional Mass available via livestream. The livestream may be accessed via our website: www.stjamesah.org or our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/stjamesah

We are gathering as a community for the 5:00pm Saturday and 7:00am, 8:30am, 10:00am, 11:30am and 5:00pm Sunday masses in the church. For individuals and families interested in attending mass in-person, please visit our sign-up page: www.stjamesah.org/mass-sign-up

And while we long to welcome everyone back, we lovingly encourage anyone who is 65 or older, or with medical conditions, to not attend Mass at this time. Cardinal Cupich is continuing the dispensation for Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation.

Mass sign-ups will go live each Monday by 4:00pm. For any questions or concerns, please contact the Parish Office at parishoffice@stjamesah.org or 224-345-7200.

For those who missed signing up for one of our weekend masses, our mass waiting list goes live each Friday at 10:00am.
