Tell us about yourself:
I am ecstatic to be part of the Parish Pastoral Council for St. James. I am also blessed to be surrounded by family and faith, since I was a child. My husband, Yamil, and I have three children: Madeline, Addison, and Zoey. I work full-time in Finance for Regal Rexnord, a manufacturing company and I am an active volunteer in the community. My pastimes are listening to music, vacationing on a beach, and running marathons.

When did you start serving at St. James?
I started serving St. James in 2018. I currently serve as a member of PPC, a lector, a member of the Giving Team, and a member of the Women of St. James (WOSJ).

Why are you passionate about serving at St. James?
Our goal as parents is to instill the Catholic faith in our children so they grow to become strong Christian leaders who spread God’s love and great joy. Serving St James demonstrates that and helps me build a deeper and meaningful relationship with God, my loved ones, and the parish.
