Join us for a day of service in the heart of Chicago as we partner with Our Lady of the Wayside’s youth group and Mission Our Lady of the Angels to serve families in need.
Mission Our Lady of the Angels, located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, serves one of the most impoverished communities in the country through food distribution, evangelization, and outreach. During their annual Back-to-School Block Party, we’ll help distribute backpacks and school supplies, serve food, play games with the children, and assist wherever we’re needed.
Whether you need service hours or simply want to put your faith into action, this is a wonderful opportunity to encounter Christ through serving others while spending the day with friends from both parishes. We hope you’ll join us!
