In order to streamline requests and serve our ministries most efficiently, St. James uses a support ticket system for marketing and room reservation requests.
How to use the ticketing system:
1. Open a New Ticket
Click on the blue button that says “Open a New Ticket,” in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Submit Your Details
Enter your contact details and select a help topic. After completing all of the required information, click “Create Ticket” to submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
3. Track Your Ticket
To look up the status of your ticket, select “Check Ticket Status,” on the homepage of the ticketing system.

Reserve a Room with Set-Up Details
Submit your event details through our ticketing system. After you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email and ticket with your event details.
Submit a Marketing Request
