Teen leaders speak into what we do at Life Teen and dive into formation to become Christ Like Leader! Life Teen Leaders play a huge part in the creativity and vibe of Life Teen. Some of their responsibilities include:
• Help set up & clean-up for Life Teen Nights
• Be the student advisors for topics we cover for Life Teen Nights
• Speak into where we go/what we do for mission trips and local service opportunities
• Being welcoming and befriending new teens on Life Teen Nights or the HS Retreat
• Invite peers and friends to events
• Attend Discipleship Formation Nights (twice a month)
Discipleship Formation Nights
These nights will be nights for us to get together where we discuss topics to help challenge teens and help the teen leaders grow in Christian leadership through group discipleship.
Being a teen leader will be a commitment, so think about it, pray about it, talk to your parents and see if this is something you feel called to do! Obviously, there will be games, tournaments, vacations, sick days, intense homework days, etc etc that would prevent all our leaders from being at Life Teen 100% of the time, but we’ll work with your crazy schedules.
