Tell us about yourself:
I grew up in Edison Park and spent my early years at both St. Juliana Parish and St. Mary of the Angels. I graduated from Northridge Prep in Niles in 2020 and went on to attend Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio—a Jesuit-run institution—where I majored in Digital Media and minored in Video Production. During my time at Xavier, I served as Social Media Manager for the Office of Student Involvement, interned with Xavier Jesuit Academy (a small Catholic all-boys school), and worked as a part-time member of the university’s communications team, known as the Blob Squad, managing Xavier’s social media accounts. After graduating, I worked as a Media Assistant for Arlington Heights School District 25. Over the past five years, I have specialized in content creation, helped generate millions of impressions, and have had the privilege of serving the Catholic Church through my work. My mission is to make the Church approachable and to invite others to experience the beauty found during the Mass. I’m new to the St. James community and truly look forward to telling the stories that live within this parish. You’ll find our work on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads—so if you know of a story or event that should be shared, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to connect.
