Christ calls every Catholic to the mission of evangelization. The Making Missionary Disciples (MMD) Track at SEEK24 dives into topics specific to living as a missionary disciple in your parish, household, and community. You’re welcome to attend the MMD talks in the morning or choose to attend the many other collegiate options – either way, you won’t want to miss the iconic moments of SEEK24: daily Mass, evening keynotes, and inspiring entertainment!

Where will SEEK24 take place?
SEEK24 is taking place in St. Louis, Missouri and we will be there! We will not be hosting a SEEK Where You Are at St. James this year. Join us January 1-5th – next year SEEK will be even farther away so if you’ve been wanting to go in person, this is a great year to make it happen!
Who can go?
SEEK24 is for everyone. That means you.
Anyone is welcome to go to SEEK24 with us.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! It is so fun to see kids there and there is babysitting if you want to get to the talks on your own. Your kids can join us for anything at SEEK24 and if you opt them into babysitting, they can still join us for Mass in the mornings, keynotes, and entertainment at night; though, their favorite part is usually collecting as many stickers as they can from all the sponsors and vendors in Mission Way. The St. James sticker collecting record is 64! To enter into the convention center and pass through security, each person (including children) will need an Event Pass. Spouses and children can be added to your registration below. The following are the costs for each child, by age:
-Spouse and guests 18+: $233
-Child aged 0-2: $0
-Child aged 3-12: $65
-Child aged 13-17: $200
There is babysitting?!
Childcare will be available each full day of the conference (January 2 – 4) from 8 am to 5 pm. Childcare services are open to all children aged 18 months to 10 years, while space permits. Additional registration through our partner vendor is required. Details will be sent to those who opt-in during their SEEK registration. Cost: $60 for 1 child, $120 for 2+ children for all 3 days of care. This cost for the service is in addition to the conference registration fee for children aged 3 and up. The cost includes babysitting for all three days. Day passes are not available. FOCUS works to subsidize 80-90% of the cost of this service to ensure our families can experience SEEK.
What is the cost to attend?
Since we are a parish with FOCUS missionaries, we get a 30% discount off the early bird pricing! To attend all 5 days of SEEK24 (entertainment and lunches included) is only $250!
Matt and Sarra have scored us a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites right next to the convention center for $117 a night which will include breakfast and two happy hour drinks each evening. The rooms at the suites are plenty big for some air mattresses if you want to save and bunk with a friend or bring your kids! We would never want cost to be a reason you miss out on an encounter with Christ and the truth, beauty, and goodness of his Church. What if I can only come for a few of the days?
It might be worth it for you to buy full or half-day passes through the SEEK24 website. Half-day passes are good for Monday and Friday; January 1st and 5th, but you’ll need a full-day pass to get into Tuesday-Thursday. More information on that can be found here. If you work remotely and want to work from the hotel a few hours a day and duck in and out of the conference, the best bang for your buck would be to register below for the full 5-day event pass which will allow you in and out of SEEK24 as much as you want all week.

Are we carpooling?
This is definitely a possibility! Make sure to note in your registration if you’d like to ride with someone else or if you’re planning to drive and want company. We will definitely be letting you know our travel plans so we can caravan down together. Don’t feel like driving? The Amtrak goes from Chicago to St. Louis! Last year, tickets were ~$50 each way and about the same travel time. You’ll have to coordinate that on your own but for what it’s worth, we think that sounds like a lot of fun!
What is a day like at SEEK24?
